Before infusion, lab work is needed to ensure safety and effectiveness. This includes a CMP (to check organ function), CBC (for blood cell health), A1C (for blood sugar levels), and a Lipid Panel (for cholesterol and heart health).
Pre-OP Lab Clearance

To ensure safe and appropriate treatment, the following lab tests are required prior to infusion: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Complete Blood Count (CBC) (with or without differential), PT/INR and APTT (to assess blood clotting), and HCG (to rule out pregnancy when applicable).
IV Hydration Pre-Op

To reduce the risk of infection and support optimal healing, this IV drip is ideally administered 1 to 2 weeks before surgery. It includes:
- 1000 mg Magnesium
- 2 ml B Complex
- 2000 mg Arginine
- 1000 mg Carnitine
- 25 g Vitamin C
- 1 ml Multi-Trace
Following this, a high-dose Cobalamin (Vitamin B12 – 5000 mcg) is given via IV push after baseline labs are reviewed, as required. The final step includes a 1000 mg Glutathione IV push.

Recommended 1–3 Days Before Surgery:
This preoperative IV treatment helps prepare the body for healing by reducing the risk of infection. It includes 2 ml of B-complex, 1000 mg of carnitine, and 2000 mg of arginine. Following this, a high-dose Cobalamin (5000 mcg) is administered via IV push—baseline labs are required prior to infusion. Next, a 1200 mg IV push of glutathione is given, followed by a second 1200 mg glutathione IVP.

Recommended 3–5 Days Post-Op (To Accelerate Healing):
Designed to support recovery and speed up the healing process, this post-operative IV drip includes 1000 mg of magnesium, 2 ml of B-complex, 2000 mg of arginine, 1000 mg of carnitine, and 25 g of vitamin C.
Following the drip, IV push doses of Hydroxocobalamin (1000 mcg) and Glutathione (1000 mg) are administered—baseline labs are required prior to infusion.
