Our business policy

To our Valued Clients:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and it’s very important to our team. We understand that life happens and schedules can change — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you reach out to our customer care team, kindly allow up to 24 hours for a response. These policies help us serve all of our guests with the highest level of care and professionalism. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellation Policy:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other clients to receive services. A deposit is required to book all services at Kurere.Co Wellness & Weight-loss. If the deposit is not paid you are not booked and will not receive a confirmation email or reminder and that time slot can be booked by someone else. Deposit are nonrefundable  or transferable. Cancellations must be given within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.Please understand that missed or late-canceled appointments leave a gap that could have been filled by another client. To secure your appointment at Kurere.Co Wellness & Weight-loss, a deposit is required for all services.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

  • If no deposit is received, the time slot remains open for other clients.

  • Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best service to all our clients.

For group or party bookings, we require a minimum of 3 days’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • If cancellation is made with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • This policy helps us honor the time and efforts of our spa technicians and allows others the opportunity to enjoy our services.

Refund Policy: 

Please note that refunds are not applicable for Groupon customers. All treatments, memberships, and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are ever unsatisfied with a service, we are happy to address the issue and offer a solution to make it right. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Special Consideration: Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.

~Booking Disclaimer: Please use valid phone number and email address when booking appointments. This will assure you are receiving proper notification about appointments and our special promotions. If by any chance you do not receive a confirmation email, you do not have an appointment. Your appointment is not booked until we have received full payment for services. By booking your appointment and paying for your services in full , you are agreeing to your understanding of ALL of our terms and policies.

Cancellation Policy:

IF YOU DOT NOT REACH OUT 24 HOURS BEFORE APPT TIME. THE CARD USED FOR DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED REMAINING BALANCE.
ALL Packages & Classes remaining balance must be paid with cash, care credit, credit card, Apple Pay, Venomo or Cherry Financing!
Remaining balance for 1 service can be paid in cash or Venomo. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE YOU WILL STILL GET SERVICED HOWEVER SERVICE WILL BE SHORTENED SO BE ON TIME! For cancellations & rescheduling please contact us via email at (support@kureremedspava.com) 24 hours prior to appointment time. One time only rescheduling allowed for appointments. No email, no show, forfeit deposit. Same day cancellation forfeits deposit & will need to make a brand new appt. with brand new deposit. All Classes are Non-refundable and can be rescheduled one time if missed! So we encourage you to please check your schedule & availability before booking.

Alcohol Policy:
At Kurere.Co Wellness & Weight-loss, we require that individuals refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24 to 48 hours prior to receiving any of our services. This policy is in place to minimize the risk of excessive bruising, bleeding, dehydration, and potential interference with treatment effectiveness. Following this guideline helps ensure the best possible results and a safe treatment experience.

Service Policy:
All services booked at our facility are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee, which will be applied to the total cost of the service at the time of payment.
Booking and Payment

  • All bookings require payment upon confirmation.
  • The 3.5% transaction fee covers processing costs and applies to all payment methods.
  • The final invoice will reflect the total service cost, including the transaction fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be refunded excluding the transaction fee, which is non-refundable.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to additional charges per our cancellation policy.

Our company is hosted on the Hostiger.com platform. Hostinger.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Hostinger.com’s data storage, databases and the general Hostinger.com applications. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of our staff.
